I met Jason at a business event. He shared about how he loved helping his clients and has various systems and companies in place to make sure his clients succeed. Being that I have plenty of business type of folk in my life, I'm not easily convinced when one makes such a bold statement.

A little background, here. I was in need of a restaurant location, with very specific parameters. I worked with a large commercial brokerage that kept affirming that I would get two properties for two stores. I waited 1.5 years of back and forth with them until they finally broke the news that the offer didn't go through.

And then, I attend this event shortly and met Jason. I gave him the details and then within 2.5 weeks I signed the lease.

2.5 weeks after 1.5 years of waiting.

How did he do this? While in the waiting room for the birth of his child (a lot of nervous hours), he thought about the urgency of my needs and called the Landlord to talk about the lease and make sure to complete the deal. This is beyond professional. I did not ask him to do this. He is that caring for each client that he takes on.

I know this isn't always the case for every client out there. But Jason is not out there to get the largest chunk of cash from his clients. He only works with clients that would make sense and the properties that would fit. Even more so, his team went and did the research and he offered some suggestions for the property that would make it a successful business opportunity.

This guy could sell water to a whale. Normally a phrase thought of to describe a charlatan but quite the opposite. Initially, I never contemplated using an Alarm system as when I initially met Jason, the owner, I lived in an apartment. He went over the facts, and was kept my proposed system simple, telling me not to order a few bells and whistles as they would be a waste. This is what sold me. I then transferred the service to my next home and then one last time to my final home that I now own. Even as an owner Jason has always been attentive and hard working. Secondarily he even asked about my business endeavors and looked to form relationships there to increase opportunities. Talk about business savvy. Epic alarm protects my house and so it protects my family.
